How does bilic set up his sides ?

If song and payet sign what formation can we expect ?
How will he set up at arsenal vrs the homed games v Leicester and Bournemouth ?

Surely in a 4231 only two of Song, Kouyate and Obiang will play... all three will probably play against the better sides, especially away.
Nice problem to have!
I hope we play Payet through the middle as playmaker rather than as a winger, though the flexibility will be great.

His ideas are hard to pinpoint – while he does favour attacking football and either a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-2 formation, the manager himself thinks that classical formations are “dying out”. “Fluidity is much more important – you want your team to stay compact, and your lines to remain close to one another, so they can flow over,” he has said.

Last season Bilic played most of the time with a 4-2-3-1 but did vary it with 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 depending I guess on who he was playing.

I read it was 4231.. Which sounds much like we have been seeing for the last 4 seasons, but hopefully a bit more imaginative in the last 3rd.
